Singapore River Festival 2026 officially opens on 11 September, marking the festival's milestone 10th edition under the theme, The Quay Collective, celebrating the unique identities of Boat Quay, Clarke Quay, and Robertson Quay. Graced by Guest of Honour Mr Foo Cexiang, Minister of State for the Ministry of Manpower & Ministry of Trade and Industry.
